How to Replace the Motion Controller Board

[ Manual E2 – How to Replace the Motion Controller Board – V1.0 ]

Tools:

①2mm hex wrench

1.Turn off the printer and remove the touch screen back cover with the 2mm hex wrench.

2. Remove every cable on the controller board.

Note: It's recommended that you put labels on the cable in case of confusion.

Remove four screws marked in red with a 2mm hex wrench.

3.Prepare a new board and replace the old one with it. Reinstall the screws and plug every cable into the board.

4.The following picture is the detail of each cable: Each color of cable’s connector corresponds to the same color of interface.

5.Install the touchscreen back cover with the 2mm hex wrench.
