1. Download the RaiseTouch firmware needed to be rolled back from the Official Website / Support Center/ Download Center. Save the RaiseTouch Firmware file inside the root directory of the USB drive (please do not change the name of the downloaded firmware file, otherwise the rollback process will fail). Then insert the USB drive into the USB interface at the top of the printer. The USB drive is included with the printer. (Please download the firmware from the following link: https://www.raise3d.com/download/）
2. Select the "Setting" icon in the upper right corner of the home page.
3. Select the “Restart” button in the “Machine” interface.
4. After restarting, the printer will automatically recognize the firmware installation package located in the USB drive. Select "To rollback to a previous version, please press here." on the Raisepack List interface.
5. Select the firmware installation package you want to roll back from the Rollback Raisepack List. (If you downloaded the wrong model firmware, the option in the list is gray and cannot be clicked)
6.Select "Yes" in the pop-up dialog box.
7. The printer will begin the firmware rollback automatically.
8. After the firmware rollback is completed, the screen will display the home page automatically.
9. Select the "Setting" icon in the upper right corner again.
10. After entering the setting interface, you can confirm the rolled back firmware version number on the right side of the screen.
