Download the latest version of the RaiseTouch firmware from the Official Website / Support Center/ Download Center. Save the RaiseTouch Firmware file in the root directory of the USB drive.
(please do not change the name of the downloaded firmware file, otherwise the update process will fail).
Then insert the USB drive into the USB interface at the top of the printer. The USB drive is included with the printer.

1.Select the "Setting" icon in the upper right corner of the home page.
2.Select the “Restart” button in the “Machine” interface.
3.After restarting, the printer will automatically recognize the firmware update package located in the USB drive.
4.Select the firmware installation package you want to install from the Raisepack List.
Note: If you downloaded the wrong model firmware, the option in the list is gray and cannot be selected.
5.Select "Yes" in the pop-up dialog box.
6.The printer will begin the installation process automatically.
7.After the update is completed, the screen will display the home page.
8.Select the "Setting" icon in the upper right corner of the home page again.
9.After entering the “Machine” interface, you can confirm the version number of the updated firmware on the right side of the screen.
