1. Download the latest version of the Motion Controller Board Firmware from the Official Website / Support Center/ Download Center. Save the Motion Controller Board Firmware file in the root directory of the USB drive (please do not change the name of the downloaded firmware file, otherwise the update process will fail). Then insert the USB drive into the USB interface at the top of the printer. The USB drive is attached with the printer. (Please download the latest firmware from the following link: https://www.raise3d.com/download/）
2. Click the “Print” icon at the bottom right corner of the home page to start printing.
3. Click the “USB storage” icon.
4. Click the currently inserted USB device icon.
5. Click the downloaded new version of the Motion Controller Board Firmware in the root directory folder.
6. Click "OK" in the pop-up dialog box.
7. The printer will start the firmware installation process automatically.
8. After the firmware update is complete, the screen will display "Please restart the printer to begin using your updated firmware”, which means that the Motion Controller Board Firmware has been updated.
9. Manually turn off the printer, and then turn it on again after 30 seconds. (The printer's power switch is located next to the power cord on the back of the printer)
10. After turning on the printer again, the screen will automatically display the home page. Click the “Setting” icon in the upper right corner of the home page.
11. You can confirm the version number of the updated Motion Controller Board Firmware in the “Machine” interface.
