Template Descriptions under Hyper FFF™ Process

Under the Hyper FFFTM process, there are currently three template strategies available for users to choose from:

Ø High Quality: Offers the finest layer resolution and flow rate to ensure the best surface finish and print quality.

Ø Engineering: Tuned performance and accuracy aimed at engineering applications.

Ø Standard: Balances efficiency and performance, suitable for most application scenarios.

To better assist users in understanding the application scope of these three template strategies, we evaluate them based on the following four aspects:

Ø Volumetric Speed (mm³/s): This is a key indicator measuring the material deposition rate for the printing job. It is determined by the maximum value among the products of Inner Shell Speed, Outer Shell Speed, and Infill Speed with Layer Height and Extrusion Width, also considering the Combine Infill Layers.

Ø Surface Quality: Includes the smoothness, consistency, and precision of the printed material, as well as the integration between layers and models.

Ø Part Strength: Refers to the mechanical properties of the printed part, such as Young's modulus and tensile and impact strength.

Ø Dimensional Accuracy: This represents the accuracy of the dimensions measured on the printed part compared to the digital model.

Additionally, nozzles with apertures of 0.8mm/1.0mm are listed separately as large aperture template strategies. Users can select the appropriate template according to different application scenarios to achieve optimal results.

The comparison of characteristics among different templates is shown in the following figure:
