Preparation:
1. Unload the filament.
2. Move the build plate to center height.
3. Turn off the power.
Tools:
① leveling block
② 2mm hex wrench
1. Use a 2mm hex wrench to remove all 16 screws on X/Y gantry.

2. Use a 2.5mm hex wrench to remove all 8 M3x8 screws on X/Y gantry block.

3. Place the leveling block on the left side of the X axis. Push the extruder head to the left side against the leveling block.
4. Use a 2mm hex wrench to tighten all 8 screws shown in the figure below, which retain the rods on the lower position.

5. Take the leveling block out and place it on Y axis. Push the extruder head against it tightly.

6. Use a 2mm hex wrench to tighten all 8 screws shown in the figure below, which retain those rods on the higher position.

7. Push the extruder to the original position and apply lubricant o all rods. Move the head around to check its motion.

8. Place the extruder in the middle left position and move it in the X direction. If the movement is stable, use a 2.5mm hex wrench to tighten the 4 screws on the left X direction block. Next move it along the X direction, and if it still moves smoothly, use a 2.5mm hex wrench to tighten the 4 screws in the X direction on the right.

9. Move the extruder along the bed to check if it moves freely. If not, please re-adjust the extruder according to the steps in this document.
