1. Please use the following link to download any of the old versions of Raise Touch to a USB flash drive. (Note: You can only have one version on the root directory or the printer may not properly detect the file on boot up) https://www.raise3d.com/pages/raise-touch-all-versions
2. You can either insert the USB drive into one of the available ports on the side of the touchscreen, or you can turn off the printer. To restart, go to machine settings (gear wheel in upper right-hand corner) and restart the machine. If you turned off the printer, power on the machine. The Raise Touch Firmware will be rolled back automatically. (You may need to accept EULA if flashing 1.0.0 or later) Allow this process to complete before removing the drive.
3. After the update is completed, the screen will display the home page
4. Click the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right-hand side of any tab. Confirm that the firmware has been rolled back properly.
5. After rollback to a previous version, the settings added in newer versions won't be saved.
