How to Update the Touchscreen Firmware

You will be able to find the firmware at https://www.raise3d.com/pages/download

Download the Raise Touch firmware pack.

Move the Firmware

Move the Downloaded firmware to a USB drive on the root directory. 

Install the Firmware

Turn the printer off and plug the USB drive into the touchscreen. Once plugged in turn the printer on. This will automatically begin the install of the new firmware

The screen should flash a few times and reload; once the install is complete the screen will return Home.

Firmware check

Check the firmware version for the touchscreen by going to the settings menu.
