1. Unload the filament from both nozzles.
1) Turn off the printer after the filament is removed.
2. Remove the 4 fan retaining screws. Take the front fan off, together with the protective cover.
1) Remove the retaining screw on fan duct. Take the fan duct off.
3. Remove the front fan cable from the extruder board.
1) Take the old cooling fan and its cable out.
2) Remove the two retaining screws from the black back casing and take the casing off.
3) Cut the zip ties retaining the cables.
4) Loosen the screws marked in following image. And remove the heating rod cables from the extruder.
Note: The heating rod cable cannot be removed unless the extruder connection board is removed from the printhead.
5) Pull the heating rod cables out from the mounting block from the bottom.

6) Fix the protective cover and the front fan back onto the fan duct with 4 retaining screws.
Note: Make sure the surface with label is facing to the fan duct.
7) Grab the connector of the new Fan with tweezers out from the top to help it pass through the mounting block.
8) Plug the Front Fan cable onto the terminal where you Remove the old cable.
9) Insert the cables of the heating rod into the terminal and install the screws.
10) Ensure there is no exposed wired touching with each other, or it may cause damage to the printer.
Note: The upper one is for the left nozzle. The lower one is for right nozzle.
4. Bind the cables together with zip ties and install the casing back to cover the cables.
