①2.5mm wrench
②Flat head screw driver
③Flush cutter
1. Power off the printer.
2. Use a 2.5mm wrench to remove two screws on the Extruder connecting board.
3. Remove and disconnect all the wires (If the connector is covered by glue, remove glue with small flat head screwdriver).
4. Shown in the following picture.
5. How to install the heating rod cable and the thermocouple cable.
1) Heating rod: Insert the heating rod cables with a flat head screwdriver.
Note: Make sure the base of the bare wiring isn’t too long as it may cause short circuiting.
2) Thermocouple: Insert the thermocouple power supply cable with a flat head screwdriver.

6. After all the wires are installed, install the board to the side of the print head.
