1. Please download the previous versions of RaiseTouch to a USB flash drive in the following link: http://www.raise3d.com/download/raisetouch-all-versions/.
Note: You can only have one version on the root directory or the printer may not properly detect the file on boot up.
2. You can either insert the USB drive into one of the available ports on the side of the touchscreen, or you can turn off the printer.
1) Select the “Settings” in upper right-hand corner, then enter the “Machine” tab.
2) Restart the machine. If you turned off the printer, power on the machine. The RaiseTouch Firmware will be rolled back automatically. (You may need to accept EULA if flashing 1.0.0 or later) Complete this procedure before removing the drive.
3. After the update is completed, the screen will display the home page.
4. Select the “Settings” icon in the top right-hand side of the home screen. Confirm that the firmware has been rolled back properly.
5. After the printer is rolled back to a previous version, the settings added in newer versions won't be saved.
