[ Manual Pro2 Series - 002 Load Unload Filament-V1.0 ]
1. Open the side door of the printer and install the spool holder(s) into the mounting point(s).
Place the filament spool(s) on the holder(s).
NOTE: The direction of filament spool should be placed to rotate in clockwise if at points B and D, and should be oriented to rotate counterclockwise at mount points A and C.

2. Press the “Utilities” tab on the screen and set the temperature of the nozzle to the proper loading temperature for the material being used in that nozzle. (Raise3D PLA’s default loading temperature is 215C. The recommend target temperature for other materials is typically 5-10C higher than its common printing temperature.)
Press the “Load” button and the printer will begin to heat. When the target temperature is reached, press "Load".
The extruder will begin feeding filament. Wait until the extrusion from nozzle tip extrudes evenly then press “OK” to complete loading process.

3. Locate the open end of the filament and feed it through the guide tube.
Lift the guide tube and insert the filament end all the way into the extruder until you feel it has been grabbed by feeding gear.

4. Press the “Utilities” tab on the screen and set the temperature of each nozzle. Use the same guidelines for temperature as you did in loading (Step 2).
Press the “Unload” button and the printer will begin to heat. When the target temperature is reached, press "Unload". The extruder will start Pre-load automatically for a few seconds. And switch to unload after pre-load completes.
Wait until the filament is completely retracted, then press “OK” to complete unloading process.

5. To store your material after unloading, roll the spool until the material end is completely removed from the guide tube. Keep track of the material end while spooling to prevent tangling.
Remove the filament from the spool holder, and tuck end into the available holes on the side of your spool to neatly secure your filament and prevent against tangle failures.
