The Work Order module allows the user to check and create orders, store customer's info, create printing jobs, and start discussions about orders.
User can choose conditions to filter order:
1.Status: Current status of order, work flow's change;
2.Priority: Priority of order;
3.Track: If user is tracking the order, system will remind user about any change of the order.
4.User: System will show all team member, and be divided into two types(Operator and Creator);
5.Time: User can find all order in time scope which user choose.
Tip: Click clear button to reset the filter.
User can Check All Orders in team, but can not change status if they are the not Operator.
User can sort orders by three different ways:
1. Sort by Priority: From most to least urgent: Urgent, High, Normal and Low;
2. Sort by Time: Sort order by date of creation;
3. Sort by Deadline: Sort order by deadline.
1. Click +New Work Order;
2. Choose Deadline, it can be modify after created order;
3. Choose Priority, it can be modify after created order;
4. Choose Operator or leave blank for later decision. It cannot be modified once confirmed;
5. User can choose more than one tracker;
6. Enter order ID;
7. Enter order Title;
8. Enter Detail;
9. Upload to Private or Team Files.
10.User can choose the pre-created custom form to record more information about the order or the customer. Click Choose button, choose the custom form and click save button;
Click Save.
Only Operator can change order status:
1. Click order;
2. Choose Status;
3. Choose next Operator;
4. Write Comment;
5. Submit.
6. Model Files
6.1. Upload / Choose File
Click Model Files. Click Upload File if file will be uploaded from local computer, and Click choose file if file will be uploaded from Private Files or Team Files on Raise Cloud.
6.2. Slice STL File
Choose STL file from model files, and click Slice button.
6.3. Download File
The uploaded files will be divided into three types:
Model Files: STL file;
Print Files: GCODE file;
Other Files: Any file type except STL and GCODE.
User can click download button to download them.
6.4. Generate Printing Job
If user wants to generate a printing job in Work Order, they can choose file in model files, then click Print button.
6.5. Check Printing Job
User can check printing job in Jobs List module or Job Info page.
6.6. Discuss
User can start a discussion about the order in Discuss page. Tag any team member by writing "@" in the comment.
You can click Delete button to delete discussion.
7.Check History
System will record all modifications to the order in History.
